- Print shipping label and include one label per product
- Include a copy of proof of purchase (receipt) / completed warranty card for all warranty repairs.
- Include product for repair.
For touchscreen smartwatches, and first generation
Fossil Q only: do not include the charger if properly
- Send product insured and traceable (suggestion) & properly packaged to protect against damage
- Please do not send product in original packaging (packaging will not be returned with the item).
You will be receiving an email contact once your watch is received from service center name.
