Watch : The hands, dial, and watch movement are the components covered under the warranty, as well as any factory defect. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Smartwatch : Please visit our Smartwatch Support page or contact support BEFORE sending your Smartwatch into our Repair Center. Our representatives will try to assist with any troubleshooting issues that may prevent the repair process. Should the watch need to be sent in they can set up a repair claim on your behalf and provide the necessary information needed.
Please be advised that if the above steps are not followed and no fault is identified with the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees.
